4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day.

bet805 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified through KYC procedures
• You have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold of Rp 100,000
• The withdrawal is made to an Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered in your name matching your verified identity

Withdrawal processing times vary by membership tier: Bronze members (12-24 hours), Silver members (6-12 hours), Gold VIP members (1-6 hours). All processing times are calculated during business days excluding weekends and Indonesian public holidays.

bet805 reserves the right to conduct security checks on any withdrawal request and may request additional documentation if suspicious activity is detected. We may refuse to process withdrawals if we have reasonable grounds to believe the funds are associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these terms.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

bet805 is committed to preventing money laundering and complies with international AML standards. As such, you are required to wager at least 1x (one time) your deposit amount before requesting a withdrawal. Attempting to use bet805 as a money transfer service is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are accepted in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and any specific rules applicable to individual games or sports markets. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the relevant rules and odds.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by our system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed except in cases of obvious technical error as determined solely by bet805. Bets placed on incorrectly displayed odds due to technical errors will be void.

bet805 reserves the right to void any bet or refuse any wager if we have reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed fraudulently, through exploitation of system vulnerabilities, or in violation of these terms.

5.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting markets, all bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, EPL, BRI Liga 1). If an event is abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, specific market rules will apply as detailed on our website.

Live (in-play) betting odds update in real-time based on match developments. There may be a short delay between real-world events and odds updates. Bets placed during this delay remain valid unless a material error occurred.

5.3 Casino Games and Slots

All casino games and slot machines use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing laboratories. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed for each game and represent the theoretical long-term payout rate.

Game malfunction voids all plays and pays. If a technical issue occurs during gameplay resulting in incorrect credit or debit to your account, bet805 reserves the right to correct the error by adjusting your balance.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage

• Arbitrage betting or exploiting errors in odds or game results
• Participating in match-fixing or any form of sports corruption
• Bonus abuse or creating multiple accounts to claim promotional offers repeatedly

6. Bonuses and Promotions

bet805 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.

Wagering requirements specify how many times you must wager the bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 500,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 15,000,000 in total wagers. Failure to meet wagering requirements before expiration results in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or using unfair strategies to meet wagering requirements, will result in immediate cancellation of all bonuses and potential account closure.

bet805 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude any user from promotional offers at our sole discretion.

7. Responsible Gaming

bet805 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.

9. Limitation of Liability

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance subject to meeting all wagering requirements and KYC verification. Accounts with zero balance for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an administrative fee.
